Bio

Their Anglo-American folk-pop has been compared to Wilco
& Fleet Foxes, though songwriter Moro's stated objective is
"writing Paul Weller tunes with Leonard Cohen lyrics".
City Pastoral, the single, has already been used as a TV
theme tune, has been heard on British, Italian & Spanish
radios, and has been selected for BBC6's Fresh on the net.
Moro & the Silent Revolution formed in 2010, to create songs
that would grow around singer-songwriter Moro's "little pop jewels that many established songwriters would kill for", as one critic had it. The lineup includes Moro himself (guitars, vocals), Lorenzo Gasperoni (everything with strings), Francobeat Naddei (keyboards) &, occasionally, Denis Valentini (drums).
